Our final free concert of the season takes place on Saturday September 29th from 1 to 3pm at the stage area in Suydam Park (Spadina Rd. at Coulson Ave.) and will feature local musicians Tamar Ilana, Demetri Petsalakis, and Haghmeh Farahmand. Grab a snack and a coffee in the Village and join us in the park. Not to be missed! (Weather permitting)
"Tamar Ilana grew up on stage, singing in multiple languages, touring internationally and dancing flamenco. She will be joined by Demetri Petsalakis on oud, originally from Greece and Naghmeh Farahmand on percussion, originally from Iran. Together the trio embraces traditional songs from around the Mediterranean, as well as original compositions that reflect the multiculturalism of our city, Toronto."
